Mutual cooperation and development of skills of each employee is one of main pillars of the corporate culture.

EUROVIA CS, a.s., exerts every effort to support the development of occupational skills, knowledge, and experience of young talents, and offer them to realize their potential in jobs offering good prospects. Fresh university and vocational school graduates are receiving full training in education programs, which are running successfully in cooperation with other companies, for example, in Poland, Lithuania, Slovakia, and other European countries, over many years.

Czech employees are able to win recognition even in international comparison. In 2007, they succeeded, within the frame of the VINCI Innovation Prize, in their categories among all companies of the VINCI Group. A year later, the Company and the whole Czech Republic were successfully represented by Václav Kabourek Jr., Jan Vintr, and Roman Hek in the contest of workmanship skills – EuroSkills 2008.
